Neighbourhood Support Coordinator

Role Summary
Job Title: Neighbourhood Administration OfficerThis role involves supporting business operations and ensuring clients receive an exceptional experience.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Supporting and coordinating different teams within each neighbourhood
- Being the first point of contact for internal and external customers - via phone, email and in person
- Managing requests, concerns and inquiries
- Rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhood
- Creating correspondence and documentation as requested
- Efficiently organising appointments, diaries, travel and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements
- Monitoring, ordering and distributing office supplies and arranging for the maintenance/repair of office equipment
- Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource and other systems and databases
- Utilising mainstream software including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications (Intermediate – Advanced skills required)
Key Requirements for Success
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in rostering/scheduling - highly regarded
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications
- Confidence with smart phone and digital devices or willingness to learn
