Role Summary

Job Title: Neighbourhood Administration Officer

This role involves supporting business operations and ensuring clients receive an exceptional experience.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Supporting and coordinating different teams within each neighbourhood
  • Being the first point of contact for internal and external customers - via phone, email and in person
  • Managing requests, concerns and inquiries
  • Rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhood
  • Creating correspondence and documentation as requested
  • Efficiently organising appointments, diaries, travel and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements
  • Monitoring, ordering and distributing office supplies and arranging for the maintenance/repair of office equipment
  • Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource and other systems and databases
  • Utilising mainstream software including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications (Intermediate – Advanced skills required)

Key Requirements for Success

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in rostering/scheduling - highly regarded
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications
  • Confidence with smart phone and digital devices or willingness to learn
