Role Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in luxury environments and possess excellent client relationship-building skills.

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client experiences and meeting sales targets.

You will be responsible for engaging clients and colleagues, supporting the delivery of outstanding client experiences, and adhering to policies and procedures.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with prestigious luxury watch brands and contribute to the success of our business.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering memorable moments and experiences for our clients.

About The Role:
  • Achieve personal sales targets in line with showroom KPI objectives
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences (in Showroom and at Client Events)
  • Support Visual Merchandising set up and other operational duties to ensure smooth running of the Showroom
  • Adhere to policies and procedures including safety and security
  • Continuous development of product knowledge
About You:
  • Experience of building client relationships over a sustained period of time to deliver sales
  • Possess passion for brands and brand knowledge
  • Dedicated to creating memorable moments and experiences for Clients
  • Sales and target driven
  • Comfortable working in a luxury environment and managing client expectations
