Customer Sales Role

We are looking for a talented individual to join our sales team. As a Customer Sales representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

  • You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide guidance on products and services.
  • You will handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • You will maintain accurate records of sales transactions and inventory levels.

About the role:

This is a casual role that requires flexible availability. You will be required to cover sick leave as needed.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create moments that matter for our customers.
  • Use your strong communication skills to contribute to positive sales performance.
  • Maintain exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
  • Process stock, receive, dispatch, and store inventory accurately.
  • Work collaboratively as an enthusiastic and cooperative team member to contribute to a positive team culture.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management systems.
