The role supports various business priorities, ensuring seamless operations and timely delivery of marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the asset development process, ensure timely creative briefs, content approvals, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and agency partners to streamline promotional campaign execution.
- Organize and archive all marketing assets (e.g., images, videos, copy, logos, templates) for easy searchability and retrieval.
- Assist in managing the intake and trafficking of creative requests, ensuring all necessary information and approvals are secured at each stage.
- Identify opportunities to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Prepare presentations, creative briefs, and post-campaign recaps to support marketing activities.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant area such as communications or marketing.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in communications, both writing and developing strategy.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with various departments.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and engagement skills.
