Principal Water Infrastructure Engineer

AECOM is seeking an experienced Principal Water Engineer to join our dynamic Civil Infrastructure business in Sydney. As a key member of our Water Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on-time, to a high-quality, and ensuring the ongoing collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Design and planning of water infrastructure projects, including water, wastewater, and recycled water systems.
- Management of projects, clients, and mentoring junior engineers.
- Providing technical direction and guidance to team members.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Extensive experience in water infrastructure design and planning.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of water industry standards, codes, and common practices.
