About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Civil Engineer to join our Water team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering major water infrastructure projects across Australia. Your expertise in water management and infrastructure will be instrumental in shaping the future of our country's water supplies.

About the Opportunity:

Our Water team is responsible for delivering projects that will change the way NSW operates forever. We are providing a more efficient and integrated water system to cater to the growth of NSW and maintain and enhance outstanding environmental outcomes. As a Principal Civil Engineer, you will be part of a team that offers services across the full water cycle, delivering major pipelines, large pumping stations, advanced water, wastewater, and recycling treatment.

About You:

We are looking for a delivery-focused Principal Civil Engineer with a strong understanding of the local industry. You will have previous experience in a similar role in the water sector and possess a pragmatic approach to the development of constructable design solutions. You will also have proven commercial acumen in the delivery of water infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • You are a Chartered Engineer (CPEng) and have RPEV accreditation or have eligibility to apply for this accreditation.
  • Design consulting experience with trunk mains, large diameter pipes, large-scale WTPs, and project management.
  • You have demonstrated experience in the water infrastructure sector in a consulting environment.
  • Proven ability to work in, and lead, engineering and design modelling teams, work directly with Water Authority clients, and manage projects to scope, budget, and program.
