Marketing Investment Analyst

We're seeking a skilled Marketing Investment Analyst to join our team at TPG Telecom. As a key member of our Commercial Marketing team, you'll play a critical role in optimizing our marketing budget and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing budget plans to ensure optimal spend allocation across all TPG Telecom brands.
  • Analyze marketing return on investment (MROI) to inform data-driven decision making and drive business growth.
  • Own and maintain the TPG Telecom Media Mix Modelling (MMM) tool to optimize marketing spend allocation by brand, product, geographic area, and media channel.
  • Provide post-analysis support for marketing campaigns across all layers of the marketing mix, including TV, Radio, Digital, Direct Mail, and In-Store BTL.
  • Build and maintain marketing reporting rhythms to support the marketing team and wider Consumer Team, including weekly and monthly reporting.

  • Strategic thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
  • Commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering in large-scale complex organizations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
