Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Change Coordinator to join our team in Geelong or Richmond, Victoria.

This is a 12-month assignment, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing a future state vision and stakeholder experience/journey aligned with that vision.
  • Coordinating engagement of program and organisational leaders to future state vision.
  • Providing guidance and coaching to team members.
  • Managing stakeholders reflecting functional, behavioural and attitudinal characteristics of target audience.
  • Developing, implementing, evaluating and communicating change management requirements.
  • Tracking changes in adoption.
  • Fostering strategic relationships with existing members, providers and internal/external stakeholders.

Requirements for success include:

  • Experience in planning and implementing change in large complex organisations.
  • Facilitating change planning, including stakeholder identification, business impact analysis and change planning.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Commitment to achieving positive outcomes.
