Product Acquisition Manager Position

We are a leading global kids fashion brand that is always on the move. Our customers deserve a brand that gets it, and we deliver by tapping into current trends and nostalgia to bring our customers what they love.

As a Product Acquisition Manager for our Boyswear category, you will enable our vision by delivering cohesive product ranges. You will lead your team to develop key lifestyle items that our customers love, contribute to post-seasonal reviews to influence future range decisions, and chase growth opportunities while applying customer, brand, and commercial filters to build and protect our brand DNA.

You will set product strategies that help deliver on our commercial objectives and partner with all Brand functions and departments to ensure that we are creating the best product experience for our customer. Your team will communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure the production process is carried out with efficiency and in a timely manner.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • A qualification or degree in a relevant field such as purchasing or product development
  • Extensive experience in a similar product acquisition manager role in retail or fashion
  • The ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders
  • High-level negotiation skills with suppliers
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive and influence change through best practice and delivering results
  • Demonstrable analytical problem-solving and research skills to identify and implement creative, innovative, and flexible solutions
  • Strong leadership skills to develop and support the team to deliver brand strategy outcomes
