
Senior Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Community Mental Health Clinician to provide recovery-focused clinical services for individuals with mental illness, distress, and risk issues in a multidisciplinary team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments and provide evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborate with consumers, their families, and carers to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Promote mental health rehabilitation and recovery by engaging with stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications and registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Psychologist.
- Eligibility for membership with relevant professional associations for Social Worker, Counsellor, or Welfare Officer roles.
- Demonstrated experience in contemporary clinical mental health practice.
