Commercial Lawyer

This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven Commercial Lawyer to join our team and drive firm growth and leadership.

The ideal candidate will be a commercially minded individual with strong billables and client outcomes, who can run matters independently with commercial acumen.

The Role
  • Run complex legal matters autonomously, demonstrating expertise in commercial litigation, business disputes, construction law, and general commercial advisory.
  • Supervise and support junior lawyers and paralegals, promoting a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
  • Meet ambitious targets and deliver exceptional results without compromise.
  • Contribute significantly to firm growth and leadership, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategic initiatives.

Work closely with high-value clients and matters, utilizing sharp commercial acumen and a results-driven approach to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience (PAE) in commercial law, preferably with litigation and construction experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts effectively.
  • Leadership capability, with the ability to supervise, manage, and guide junior lawyers and paralegals.
  • A performance mindset, with a willingness to share in the success of the firm.
  • Sharp commercial acumen and a results-driven approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional client outcomes.
  • Tech-savvy and proactive, with the ability to adapt to changing technologies and workflows.
