Job Title

ICT Service Desk Analyst Role Overview

This job involves delivering high-quality ICT support services to diverse customer groups, including school, preschool, and corporate-based clients. The successful applicant will utilise incident and request management processes to restore normal service operations, efficiently fulfill standard service requests, or identify and assign them to the appropriate support teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver first-level ICT support services to meet customer expectations.
  • Apply best practice processes, such as ITIL framework, to maximise ICT support service provision.
  • Contribute to the delivery of the Delivering Digital ICT Master Plan and ongoing improvement of ICT infrastructure services for government schools and preschools.
Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in an ICT-related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with ITIL v4 Foundations and other relevant frameworks.
Benefits:

$67,589 - $72,033 per annum + superannuation (12%) and leave loading.

Conditions:
  • The successful applicant must obtain a Department for Human Services working with children check prior to employment.
  • Undertake RRHAN – EC Facilitator Lead extended course or online Fundamentals course, updated every three years.
