Job Title:

Director of ICT Services

About the Role:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for ICT services across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive ICT strategy aligned with organisational mission and educational priorities.
  2. Lead ICT governance, risk management, and cybersecurity frameworks to ensure robust and secure systems.
  3. Oversee delivery and continuous improvement of ICT services, infrastructure, and digital platforms supporting large workforce and student population.
  4. Drive innovation in digital learning, data analytics, and emerging technologies to enhance educational outcomes.
  5. Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with industry and technology providers to leverage best practices and emerging trends.
  6. Provide leadership in resource allocation and procurement to optimise cost efficiency and service delivery.
  7. Lead and mentor ICT teams to foster a culture of collaboration and professional excellence.
  8. Engage with key stakeholders to ensure ICT solutions meet educational needs.
About You:

A strategic and executive-level leader with experience in leading complex enterprises in an ICT context. Proven track record of building and empowering successful teams.

Requirements include:

  • Tertiary qualification in ICT or related field.
  • Extensive leadership experience in ICT at senior or executive level.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic ICT planning and project management.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale ICT infrastructure and enterprise systems.
  • Strong financial and resource management skills.
  • High-level experience in stakeholder engagement.
  • Active membership of a community aligned with organisation's values.
