Job Overview

Our organization is seeking a skilled Hydraulic Engineer to collaborate on various projects and further develop their engineering expertise in a dynamic environment that prioritizes professional growth.

The day-to-day role will involve:

  • Preparing comprehensive hydraulic engineering design documentation from concept through to tender and construction phases;
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project coordination and effective resolution of complex design challenges;
  • Assisting in the delivery of project-related tasks to meet established quality, timeframe, and budget targets;
  • Establishing strong working relationships with relevant authorities and project stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Building Services Engineering;
  • 2-5+ years of industry experience within Australian building services consulting engineering practices;
  • Proficiency across diverse building sectors;
  • Professional Engineers registration (or working towards it);
  • Experience with hydraulic engineering design and liaison with relevant authorities;
  • Intermediate knowledge of relevant Australia Standards and Building Code of Australia;
  • Excellent time management, written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
