
Comprehensive HR Administrator

This role focuses on overseeing the operational efficiency of HR functions, supporting strategic business objectives, and maintaining employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning (40%): Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with employer branding and talent pipeline management.
- HR Operations & Administrative Support (30%): Manage personnel records, process payroll, generate reports, and track employee leave, while maintaining compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies.
- Employee Relations (20%): Provide dedicated support to employees regarding absence, conduct issues, grievances, and organizational changes, as well as assist in maintaining the employee handbook, directory, and organizational chart.
This role requires an experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years of global HR experience, preferably in the financial sector, along with strong business insight and proficiency in HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems, and other HR technologies.
