Marketing Specialist Role

A reputable and established education provider is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to help drive growth in our international student recruitment market.

This key role will require you to work autonomously, bringing your expertise in content copywriting, website management, campaign coordination, social media management and relationship building with agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, plans and campaigns to promote the college's brand and increase student recruitment.
  • Manage the overall marketing budget in collaboration with the Finance Manager.
  • Design, create and proof all marketing materials.
  • Manage and control all social media platforms.
  • Manage and appoint new and current agents.
  • Develop and maintain relationships to drive integrated sales strategies within key recruitment channels such as onshore/offshore agents, partner colleges and businesses.
  • Recruit students by liaising with onshore and offshore education agents.
  • Be a key contact point with agents to support college business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Formal marketing qualifications.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • High level of knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • WordPress experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of working as a marketing manager or officer/specialist in an RTO/CRICOS.
  • Knowledge of Standards for RTOs and ESOS Act.
  • Knowledge of GTE and admission requirements.

Salary: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Expected Hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule: 8 hour shift
