Job Title: Part-Time Technical Lead

This role involves working part-time as a technical lead, supporting the day-to-day operations of our key programs. You will be responsible for managing technical requirements, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day technical requirements, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolution of issues across CARED, United for Care, and Vertika.
  • Handle licensing tasks, including procurement, renewals, compliance checks, and vendor coordination.
  • Oversee telco management, such as monitoring network connectivity, coordinating with service providers, and optimizing communication systems.
  • Perform break/fix support, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network problems on-site or remotely.
  • Conduct site visits across Sydney, Wollongong, and the Central Coast to assess, maintain, and upgrade technical infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify tech needs and implement solutions that enhance efficiency.
  • Document processes, issues, and resolutions to maintain accurate records and support knowledge sharing.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects related to IT security, system upgrades, or emerging tech requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of IT fundamentals, including hardware/software troubleshooting, networking, and telecommunications.
  • Familiarity with licensing and compliance in a tech environment is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive 'fix-it' mindset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with the capacity to work independently or in a team.
  • Willingness to travel to sites across Sydney, Wollongong, and the Central Coast.
  • Availability for part-time hours (approximately 15-20 hours per week).
