Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with experience in coordinating shipments and managing transportation networks.

They will be responsible for ensuring the safe, timely, and economical delivery of goods to meet project requirements.

Additionally, they will need to coordinate with internal and external entities, ensure entry of shipment tracking data into Transport Management Systems (TMS), and prepare logistics reports or performance metrics as required.

Our Supply Chain Specialist will work closely with the project Logistics Lead and other team members to achieve project objectives.

They will also be responsible for identifying transport cost and service alternatives to support materials/equipment purchase decisions and use of Logistics Service Providers.

Other key responsibilities include filing and resolving Logistics Service Provider claims, preparing Logistics Service Provider commercial bid tabs, commitment authorizations, and contract documents, and integrating safety requirements and measures in all logistics activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Typically requires a bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 5 to 8 years of relevant experience or 9 to 12 years of relevant work experience.
  • Home, Field and deployed project experience preferred.
  • Chain of Responsibility (CoR)/ Transport Assurance proficient knowledge, certification preferred.
  • Experience with medium to large scale projects highly regarded
