About The Role:

The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Early Childhood Regulatory Authority by ensuring compliance with early childhood education and care legislation, standards, policies, and guidelines. This role involves conducting assessments and ratings of education and care services across Queensland.

  • Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve regulatory outcomes.
  • Conduct assessment and rating of education and care services, identifying areas of non-compliance and providing recommendations for improvement.

About You:

  • Desirable qualities include experience in regulation or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of regulating the ECEC sector.
  • Experience in conducting assessment and rating or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge and complete training in conducting assessment and rating.
  • Ability to prioritise and complete projects and tasks efficiently, managing risk and prioritising work effectively.
