About the Role

Gorilla Jobs is seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the position of Occupational Rehabilitation Team Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation programs tailored to meet the needs of clients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant allied health field (Physiotherapy, OT, EP, etc.)
  • Full professional registration (AHPRA/ESSA/AASW/ASORC/RCAA)
  • Proven experience in leadership within occupational rehabilitation or similar fields
  • Current NSW Driver's License and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
