Senior People & Culture Professional

We are seeking a seasoned People & Culture Manager to join our team. Reporting to the General Manager People & Culture, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end employee lifecycle.

This includes managing recruitment, employee relations, industrial relations, performance management, and employee development. You will support the corporate team in Newcastle along with our operational team in Muswellbrook.

  • 10+ years of experience in senior People & Culture roles within the mining sector or heavy industry, including leading teams.
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related discipline.
  • A proven track record of delivering impactful business outcomes through people-focused initiatives.
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels, especially with senior leaders.
  • Strong communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and a passion for driving positive organisational change.
