We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Art Director to join our Ceres team. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand's vision and values.

Your primary focus will be on providing professional lifestyle imagery and social media content that engages our customers and drives business results. You will work closely with our production team to project manage shoot briefs from concept to completion, ensuring that all content meets our brand's standards.

In addition to your creative expertise, you will also be responsible for managing digital imagery selection in our AEM platform and executing all studio content for our website.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual content strategies that align with our brand's vision and values
• Collaborate with our production team to project manage shoot briefs from concept to completion
• Provide professional lifestyle imagery and social media content that engages our customers and drives business results
• Manage digital imagery selection in our AEM platform
• Execute all studio content for our website

Requirements

• Degree or qualifications in Graphic Design, Styling, or a similar art or design subject
• Proven communication, leadership, and people-management skills
• Experience in devising shoots from art direction concept through to final produced imagery
• Experience in managing shoot production (stills and video), sourcing, and negotiating talent
• Skills in developing creative campaign and content ideas that allow for public relation and sharable moments
• Experience working closely and collaboratively with graphic designers, stylists, and producers
