Account Growth Specialist Role

This position reports to the National Sales Director. You will drive and enhance customer satisfaction by developing business opportunities that align with client needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing long term relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Fostering key contacts and sponsors within the business and externally.
  • Maintaining current ongoing revenue and margins (booked values).
  • Preparing service offer contract estimates, documents and proposals.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent, previous experience in account management, strong sales and negotiation skills, and a good understanding of contracting procedures.
