The Opportunity

We are seeking a Sales Support Officer to join our collaborative trade sales team in Huntingwood. This is a great opportunity for a flexible and customer-focused individual to become an integral part of our company.

Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and quotes efficiently via phone and email
  • Prepare accurate and detailed quotes for customer orders
  • Monitor orders, promptly communicating any delays to builders
  • Liaise with sales teams and trade customers on product selections and problem solving
  • Provide general customer service and sales support
  • Collaborate with team members, other business areas, and projects as required
  • Adhere to critical safety rules and contribute to a safe working environment
About You
  • Experience in an estimating role or a related trade qualification is advantageous
  • Excellent computer and data entry skills
  • Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrate a proactive, hands-on attitude with a 'can do' approach
  • Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
