About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Capral. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for servicing Western Sydney and surrounding areas, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements
  • Previous sales experience in aluminium products and/or the building industry is advantageous, but not essential
  • Unrestricted driver's licence and a strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Energetic attitude and a talent for building trust and rapport quickly
