Site Planning and Design Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Site Planning and Design Specialist to play a key role in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects. As part of our project team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining fully integrated site-wide 3D models to support project planning and execution.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience as a 3D Modeller in infrastructure or construction projects, with proficiency in Navisworks and 12D design software. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex data sets is essential.

  • Develop and maintain accurate and reliable 3D models to inform project decisions
  • Conduct thorough scoping and scenario planning to ensure all design inputs are aligned with project goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across deliverables
  • Manage and validate survey data and design inputs to support construction and implementation phases
