Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective communication strategies that support our business objectives.

Your primary responsibility will be to create and execute integrated campaigns that engage multiple channels, platforms, and audiences. This includes:

  • Developing and executing strategic communication plans that enhance our reputation and drive business results.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prepare for and execute campaigns, especially around new product launches.
  • Creating engaging multimedia content to drive audience engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Shaping policy discussions around access to innovative medicines and promoting our brand's reputation in the region.
  • Differentiating us as a thought leader in innovative healthcare solutions.
  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING RELATIONSHIPS WITH MEDIA, PATIENT ADVOCACY GROUPS, HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS, AND KEY OPINION LEADERS.
  • MONITORING AND MANAGING EXTERNAL ISSUES TO SAFEGUARD STAKEHOLDER TRUST AND HANDLE POTENTIAL REPUTATIONAL RISKS.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, liberal arts, science, or business.
  • At least eight years of experience in communication or a related field, preferably in a company, NGO, government agency, or public relations agency.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing integrated communications campaigns that cascade multiple channels, platforms, and audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to write and present clearly and persuasively in English.
  • Ability to stay aligned with overall strategic direction while applying diligence and attention to detail in execution and reliably meeting deadlines.
