As a specialist in claims management, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire claims process for Retail Income Protection, Trauma, and Total & Permanent Disability (TPD) cases.

You will review policies to determine the type and validity of cover, date of risk commencement, quantum of insured benefit, and claim eligibility. This includes developing tailored management strategies for each claim and engaging external vendors to act on behalf of our organisation.

A key aspect of this role is identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing enhancements to systems, processes, and procedures. This will help the team work more efficiently and effectively, while also supporting the development of claim administrators.

The successful candidate will have:
