We're seeking a Claims Specialist to manage claims from start to finish.

This key role involves working with stakeholders to deliver timely customer outcomes, assessing and analyzing claims, calculating payments, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with internal and external partners.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing income protection, life, lump sum, trauma, critical illness, injury, TPD or death claims. Retail, Group or Direct claims case management experience is highly valued.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of claims end-to-end
  • Engaging with stakeholders to deliver timely customer outcomes
  • Assessing and analyzing claims data
  • Calculating and finalizing payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service
