We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Medical Device Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our commercial team to promote high-calibre medical solutions to customers.
With over 30 years of experience in providing dedicated service and support, we have developed a reputation for quality and ongoing support provided by our people.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing quotations, coordinating service requests, and preparing performance reporting. They will also provide technical expertise and support to customers, including interpretation and management of quotations.
Additionally, the candidate will lead business revenue targets and coordinate service requests to ensure timely resolution. They will also deliver business reporting and performance analysis to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor, Master's or PhD in Medical Physics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- Certification or eligibility for certification by ACPSEM or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical or industry setting.
- Experience in Radiation Therapy and radiation safety.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for medical devices.
