Mobile Device Management Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Mobile Device Management Specialist.

  • This individual will be responsible for providing level 2/3 MDM/UEM support for client and business customers.
  • The successful candidate will also perform standard MACs for MDM/UEM accounts and profiles.
  • Providing MDM/UEM platform support is a key aspect of this role.
  • This person will create and update technical and process documentation.

Candidates with experience working with IBM MaaS360 and Microsoft InTune, as well as strong knowledge of MDM/UEM platforms and technologies, are highly desirable.
