Device Maintenance Specialist

Job Description:
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Carry out accurate diagnostics and quality control on mobile devices.
  • Use systems to data wipe mobile devices.
  • Work on various aspects of device customisation and configuration.
  • Maintain high standards while maximising productivity.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure service level agreements, key performance indicators and deadlines are met.
  • Pass regular audits completed by team leaders and the quality assurance team.
  • Provide feedback to team leaders around any issues or delays for timely resolution and to manage customer expectations.
  • Prepare consumables.
  • E nsure accurate documentation and verification of processing services.
  • Prepare shipments for outbound delivery.
Requirements:
  • Desirable Skills:
  • Previous experience as a Stock Processor, Quality Control Technician or in an administrative environment would be advantageous.
  • Good level of computer literacy.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand and follow technical instructions.
  • Ability to learn new software systems effectively.
  • Able to demonstrate engagement through individual and department performance and achievement of goals, targets and key performance indicators.
