We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Blackmores. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key Allied Health and Health Food customers to drive education, recommendation, and advocacy for our products.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key AHC Practitioners, Clinics, and health food customers to increase our footprint and deliver sales & distribution targets and business objectives.
- Effectively manage a sales territory, retailer relationships, and implement marketing and promotion plans.
- Manage all administrative work between customers using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Collaborate with your field sales team and the broader field sales team through meetings, planning days, and leveraging your internal network.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Education Manager and your SFM to drive education, recommendation, and advocacy enabling us to deliver our business objectives and sales targets.
- A bachelor's degree or qualification in Naturopathy or Complementary Medicine.
- Possess work experience as a qualified naturopath providing advisory and consultation on health and wellbeing.
- Good understanding of a sales cycle and customer journey of such known retail environment, eg, AHC & Complementary Medicine practitioner, Pharmacy, health food stores & fitness.
- Digital savvy to be able to use data and insights to drive decisions.
