You will support our flagship programs by identifying, contacting, securing and coordinating external speakers and facilitators. You will also work closely with the executive team to identify opportunities, coordinate submissions and manage a calendar of key deadlines to raise our public profile.

As a friendly and proactive communicator, you will be comfortable reaching out to external stakeholders and establishing enduring partnerships with community organisations, student clubs and multicultural networks to increase visibility and foster collaboration.

Key skills required include effective communication, relationship building, negotiation and organisational management.
