We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Individual to join our Parts team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of daily parts activities, including receiving and dispatching parts, managing inventory, and planning parts requirements with the Service Manager.

About the Role

This position involves coordinating daily parts operations, preparing necessary parts for repair orders, and maintaining accurate records of inventory levels.

  • Supports service department staff in sourcing and delivering parts
  • Orders, receives, and dispatches parts as required
  • Maintains accurate records of inventory levels and parts ordered
  • Works closely with Service Manager to plan daily parts requirements
  • Delivers excellent internal customer service to service and sales teams
