Heartland Motors is seeking two organised and enthusiastic Parts Ordering

Coordinators; one to join our team at our Chullora dealership & one to join our

team at our Blacktown dealership.

About the Role:

As a Parts Ordering Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in keeping our service department

running smoothly. You'll be responsible for ensuring the right parts are ready for the right job on time, every time.

  • Enjoy your weekends – this role is Monday to Friday only

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the daily parts operations
  • Prepare all parts needed in advance for the next day's repair orders
  • Manage parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and dispatching
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to plan daily parts requirements
  • Deliver excellent internal customer service to service and sales teams
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workspace
About You:

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a mature, friendly attitude and good common sense
  • Enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in their work
  • Is dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to succeed
  • Has an interest in automotive or mechanical work (preferred but not essential)
No previous parts or automotive experience required – full training will be provided.
