Customer Experience Liaison

Rex, Australia's largest independent regional and domestic airline, is seeking a motivated individual to join its Corporate Communications team as a Customer Advocacy Officer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for championing Rex's commitment to country hospitality and working closely with departments across the organisation to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Utilising a strong understanding of the business to undertake the Customer Advocacy Role and deliver the best possible outcomes for customers and the airline.
- Maintaining a positive customer-focused attitude and managing the active tracking and resolution of cases.
- Working closely with other departments to assist in all related areas of customer service and resolve cases.
- Undertaking customer recovery actions and assisting with projects as required.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, good phone manner, and strong administrative skills. They will also be able to fit into a committed team and be a good team player.
Experience in the airline or travel/tourism industry is desirable, as is experience in customer service and handling customer complaints.
