Project Lead Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced project leader to drive complex projects forward.

This role will involve managing the project life cycle from business case development through to design, construction, and operation.

You'll be responsible for leading high-quality work directly with clients and collaborating with industry-leading project management specialists across various markets.

A key aspect of this role is working closely with a close-knit team passionate about delivering exceptional results.

About the Role

This is a pivotal position within our organization, requiring a seasoned professional with a strong track record in delivering technically complex projects.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven leadership experience in project management, particularly in power systems (renewables, future energy, generation, transmission, distribution, automation).
  • An in-depth understanding of project management principles, including leadership, procurement, cost control, and complex project management.
  • A passion for mentoring junior team members and helping them develop their skills and talent.
  • A strong interest in building new client relationships and enhancing existing ones.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification aligned to project management, engineering, or other related fields.
