Job Title:

Senior Behaviour Support Clinical Lead VIC, SA and WA

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Behaviour Support Clinical Lead to oversee clinical and financial performance for Positive Behaviour Support teams across multiple states. The successful candidate will provide high-level discipline-specific leadership to support BSP supervisors, including travel to sites.

The role involves delivering evidence-based clinical support aligned with NDIS guidelines and Better Rehab policy. You will identify areas of development for the clinical team and facilitate internal training.

You will lead quality assurance initiatives in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Lead. Assess resource gaps and liaise with the internal team/National Clinical Lead to close them. Develop key projects for the Behaviour Support discipline and contribute to Behaviour Support policies and procedures.

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled leader who can drive positive change and ensure exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced/Specialist practitioner with endorsement and portfolio.
  • Tertiary qualifications relevant to Behaviour Support.
  • 5+ years' experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner in the NDIS.
  • Leadership experience with a BSP or multidisciplinary team.
  • Embody Better Rehab's values.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Relevant registrations.
