Job Description

As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, this role will be responsible for leading all site and Brisbane-based senior technical recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in recruiting within the mining industry and possess a strong understanding of the company's needs and goals.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and acceptance.
  • Proactive searching and talent pooling for key strategic roles.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage agency relationships.
The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting across one or more of the following areas: underground mining, technical services, exploration, or processing. They will possess excellent working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and have strong communication skills, with the ability to work across a complex working environment.

  • Previous experience working in Talent Acquisition in a agency or in-house environment.
  • Experience in developing talent pools for key business critical roles.
  • Strong time management skills to fill roles in a timely and efficient manner.
