Customer Service Coordinator

Permanent part-time position available in the catering department, with opportunities to work at a leading aged care organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and preparing food items according to the highest quality standards. This will involve maintaining a high standard of hygiene in the main kitchen and serveries, as well as having a clear understanding of the dietary needs of residents.
- Prepare and distribute food items to residents and staff.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Have a clear understanding of the dietary needs and preferences of residents.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
This role is ideal for those who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
Key Requirements:
Qualifications:
A Food Handling Qualification is essential for this role. In addition, excellent communication and teamwork skills are required to provide a high level of service to residents and staff.
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role would be highly regarded. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times is also essential.
Working Hours:
Shifts may include morning and afternoon shifts across a 7-day roster.
