About This Role

The Clinical Operations Manager will provide leadership to the clinical team, ensuring successful outcomes for patients. This management role requires someone who is organised with sound business management skills.

This position may include regular travel and is supported by administrative staff and a multi-disciplinary team including General Practitioner and Geriatrician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Holistic management of the remote nursing team
  • Communication with families/NOK as needed
  • Participation in education sessions as directed
  • Oversight of clinical management teams
  • Target setting for coordination of clinical care in conjunction with the clinical team
  • Scheduled reviews coordination and completion management of Complex Medical Assessments
  • Nurse specialist rounds completion tracking and attendance monitoring
  • Addressing process improvements and support home feedback
  • Initial complaint management - clinical related / nurses in regions can bring concerns to the Nurse Regional Manager for escalation
  • New staff education and training post-induction monitoring
  • Nurses' Ongoing Performance monitoring
  • Nursing home allocations involvement with the Admin team
  • Growth of regions work with the Business Development manager and Nursing Regional Managers
About You
  • Experience leading teams (remote workforce valuable)
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Aged care clinical practice knowledge preferred
  • Previous experience in consumer-facing roles
  • Demonstrable experience in relationship management
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
