Leadership Role in Clinical Operations

As a clinical operations leader, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise and take on a leadership role in our Central Melbourne clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational leadership and oversee general administrative duties across multiple clinics.
  • Offer hands-on support and guidance to teams of employees, including reception team rostering, staff leave management, meeting coordination, team building, and culture development.
  • Manage clinic administration services professionally, both locally and broadly with fellow managers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and patient care, and oversee call centres.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with patients, staff, and managers, and monitor daily clinic appointment schedules to maximise service availability and business performance.
  • Support clerical staff with ongoing and regular feedback, mentoring, and coaching.

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage, coach, and lead staff.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other personnel verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands effectively.
