We are a leading provider of trading solutions and analytics. Our team unites all cross-asset electronic trading platforms into one business, delivering seamless trading experiences to our clients.

Our Role

We are expanding our eFX sales team in APAC to promote our FXGO offering. As an eFX Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the FXGO electronic trading franchise across the region.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with clients by engaging in proactive communication and meeting targets through referrals, floor walks, and cross-selling
  • Create a deep understanding of client workflows to identify and offer solutions to problems that arise during trade lifecycles
  • Become knowledgeable about our products to effectively position our offerings and drive sales growth
  • Anticipate client needs and develop preemptive measures to address future challenges
  • Develop a market through community initiatives with industry players from participants, policymakers, and associations
  • Present unique Bloomberg solutions to clients and prospects
  • Establish strong relationships with clients using effective communication and presentation skills
  • Leverage our flat corporate structure to network across departments and promote collaboration to deliver client solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role in financial services or technology
  • Sales or support experience with financial trading technology solutions to financial institutions
  • Work experience involving over-the-counter electronic Foreign Exchange trading workflows
  • A track record in upselling and cross-selling enterprise technology solutions
  • Established relationship management and client support experience
  • Ability to develop and grow a market through nurturing relationships, community, and networks
  • Knowledge of electronic trading, execution management systems, and trading connectivity tools
  • Strong understanding of regulation, market structure, and compliance impact on electronic trading
  • Problem-solving skills and a resourceful attitude
  • Continuous career growth within an organisation
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in English
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications
