Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for articulating the value of our digital solutions to customers and helping them resolve complex business challenges.

Your primary goal will be to work closely with key decision makers to understand their pain points and develop innovative solutions that leverage our platform.

You will present our solutions to stakeholders, have in-depth knowledge of our platform, including current and future features, and collaborate with sales and professional services teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

  • Articulate the company vision, key business messages, and business value of our solutions
  • Understand key business challenges and pain points
  • Create innovative solutions that resolve customer business challenges and pains
  • Present solutions to key stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in pre-sales consulting, solutions consulting, sales engineering, or technical account management
  • Experience presenting customers over the phone and face-to-face
  • Delivering impactful software demonstrations
  • Proven experience with solution design and technical proposal writing
  • Degree qualified or equivalent
  • Fluent in English

This role is an individual contributor reporting to Senior Manager, Solutions Consulting EMEA. The job designation is Hybrid, requiring minimum 2 days per week in-office work.
