Permanency Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to work with vulnerable children and their families, supporting their safety, development, and empowerment.

  • Visiting children, young people, and carers in their homes
  • Working collaboratively with carers, families, and service providers to help children and young people reach their goals
  • Supportive collaboration with a diverse team to share knowledge and insight to achieve best outcomes for children and young people
Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A commitment to the safety and well-being of children, young people, and individuals with disabilities
  • A degree in Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent qualification in Social Sciences/Social Welfare
  • Understanding of the issues facing vulnerable children and their families
  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
