Early Childhood Education Specialist

As a leader in education, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational programs offered to children. This position requires collaboration with educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs.
You will deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with centre leadership teams, you will lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Collaborate with educators to enhance teaching practices and improve student outcomes
- Lead change and champion practice uplift and excellence
This 119-place centre caters to children aged 6 weeks to Kindergarten and offers a nurturing and engaging learning environment in a vibrant community.
