We are seeking an expert NBA Designer to join our team and play a key role in delivering personalized interactions to customers across all channels.

The successful candidate will design, develop, and execute NBA strategies within Pega CDH, working closely with analysts and business stakeholders to define designs and technical requirements.

As part of our Customer Lifecycle Management squad, you will collaborate with Data Science & Insights Analysts to analyze data and optimize actions.

You will act as an expert within the CLM and Martech & Decisioning team on Pega CDH, fostering understanding and knowledge of its capabilities and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Maths, Information Systems, or Finance.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Pega CDH (version 8.23 or minimum 8.7x onwards) and Pega 1:1 Operations Manager preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to understand business and technical requirements.
  • Experience with testing methodologies to support continuous improvement of NBA strategies.
  • Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases, ideally Teradata.
