Your opportunity:

As an expert NBA strategist, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of our transformation program (Ignite) focused on marketing technology and decisioning landscape. This program includes the implementation of Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH), enhancements to marketing channel platforms, business transformation activities, and the framework to support seamless fulfilment of personalized recommendations.

You will collaborate with a growing team of NBA experts as a senior specialist who designs, implements, and optimizes NBA strategies within Pega to deliver relevant interactions to customers across all channels.

You'll make impact by:
  • Working within a Customer Lifecycle Management squad to understand business goals and technical requirements for NBA activities to design, develop, and execute these through Pega CDH.
  • Hands-on use of Pega CDH platform to create actions, treatments, and group-level engagement policies, configure arbitration rules and taxonomy, and implement content and rules into new and existing NBA strategies.
  • Collaborating closely with NBA Analysts and business stakeholders to support the definition of NBA designs and technical requirements for Pega CDH.
  • Designing and conducting A/B and multivariate testing in Pega based on requirements, working with other squad members to optimize decision strategies based on results and performance.
  • Collaborating with Data Science & Insights Analysts to analyze available data to support ongoing performance, maintenance, and optimization of actions.
  • Supporting testing, QA, and business simulations to continually enhance NBA activities.
  • Acting as an expert within the CLM and the Martech & Decisioning team on Pega CDH to foster understanding and knowledge of its capabilities and best practices.
What you'll bring:
  • Strong academic background in Business, Marketing, IT, Maths, Information Systems, or Finance.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Pega CDH (version 8.23 or minimum 8.7x onwards) and Pega 1:1 Operations Manager preferred.
  • Highly analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional communication skills and experience working with diverse teams.
  • Ability to understand business and technical requirements.
  • Experience with testing methodologies to support continuous improvement of NBA strategies.
  • Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases, ideally Teradata.
  • Knowledge of legislation relevant to direct marketing, including Privacy Act, Spam Act & DNCR Act.
