Key Responsibilities- Prevent and Manage Store Risk
- Complete stock loss management tasks, CCTV monitoring, audits, analysis of shrinkage trends, and required reporting.
- Implement risk management policies and procedures, and investigate possible breaches and non-adherence to store compliance.
- Collaborate with the Store Team
- Prepare, implement, and investigate stocktakes.
- Manage the building security system to ensure safety across all stakeholders and security within the store.
- Uphold WHS Practices
- Ensure effective WHS practices are upheld and promoted.
- Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to support the safety of the store.
